Gianmarco Broggini

Before founding BCS in 2002, Gianmarco developed his international management consulting skills at Booz-Allen & Hamilton in London, where he focused on automotive and industrial sectors in different European countries. In this period he became a specialist in market analysis, industrial assessments and strategic due diligence for a wide variety of industries.

Before joining Booz-Allen, Gianmarco worked various years at Caterpillar in Europe and the Middle East, gathering valuable experience in industrial marketing, distribution and service channels as well as supply chain strategy.

Gianmarco focused his academic curriculum on technical and management issues, as well as their business implications:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
  
  
• MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

A Swiss national, Gianmarco speaks fluently Italian, English, Spanish, German and French.

Pablo Tamés Ortega
Associate Director

Before joining BCS in 2008, Pablo was responsible for launching and developing the Strategic and Commercial Due Diligence Practice at Ernst & Young in Spain.

Prior to that, Pablo worked several years in the consulting area of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he participated and managed various international assignments in different commercial and marketing areas.

While developing his professional career in management consulting, he gathered valuable industrial experience, mainly in the Consumer Goods and Food Retail sectors.

His academic profile, together with a pragmatic and analytical vision of markets and businesses define a professional who is motivated and committed to achieve objectives:

• Industrial Engineering at the Navarra University (Spain).

Fabrizio Broggini
Director, São Paulo Office

Fabrizio graduated in Economics at the St. Gallen University (Switzerland) and MBA from the Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute in Cambridge, MA.

He started his career within the Pirelli Group in Buenos Aires and São Paulo for four years, acting in the finance and treasury department in Argentina and developing M&A operations in Brazil. Before starting his firm, he acted as senior consultant for Arthur D. Little in Brussels and São Paulo, assisting multinational companies in Europe and Brazil on strategy, organization and marketing. During this period he completed an 11 month project assisting the automotive division of Mercedes Benz AG to enter the Mercosul market. Fabrizio operated for several years as Chief Representative in Brazil for The European House – Ambrosetti, a strategic management consultancy with its main office in Milan.

He participates as a Brazilian market expert in several seminars and international workshops.

Fabrizio speaks fluent Italian, Portuguese, German, English and Spanish.
